It was really sad because this was the last mentoring session with Kak Almi. However, after this mentoring session, I feel a spark lighten up inside of me knowing that all of my questions have already been answered by Kak Almi. It’s supposed to be like 1.5 hours mentoring session…

If a 5 years old kid asked you what a purpose is and why it is important, what would your answer be?

I would say that a purpose is something that makes you wake up in the morning and get excited about it. A purpose is also like a filtration machine, we do things in life that support our purpose. Moreover, a story of why Japanese people live longer and happier even…

RULE #1 a distraction addiction is the end of your creative production. Empire-makers and history-creators take one hour for themselves before dawn, in the serenity that lies beyond the clutches of complexity, to prepare themselves for a world-class day.

RULE #2 Excuses…

Being legendary is never easy, we all know the story of hardship endured by famous people in history. Dedication and sacrifice is something that they all have in common, we often grew up expecting something to be easy, when we push ourselves and found a bump then we say that…

Franklin Delano Roosevelt once said that “The only thing we have to fear is fear itself”. Yes, it is true because we have so much fear, and let us ask ourselves, what has to fear cost you?. Fear is a disease that rots our will to succeed, let us take away that fear and we’ll have a better life. As we grow older, we often say to ourselves that It cant be done and that is quite toxic, let us do a mental contrast, what would it be if I’m not afraid, that will going to help us better in life

Then I take off my wristwatch and hold it up. “This is our only competition. We all start out in life with one thing in common. We all have the same amount of time. It’s just a matter of what we do. We’ve got to spend our time effectively, we’ve got to hustle”.

If all of us would start to look for more troubles and learn to handle them cheerfully, and with good judgement, as opportunities rather than irritations, we would find ourselves getting ahead at a surprising rate.

While you are waiting, other people have got their heads back together, and are starting work on a new job

Ki Hajar Dewantara once said that a teacher must be a role model and a supporting system for their student. My grandmother is an elementary school teacher and I can see clearly how her job creates joy and making the world a better living place. …

There will always be a place for someone who works harder and longer than the rest of society. The one who goes the extra mile. The ones who are willing to take the assignments no one else wants, wrestle them to the ground, and turn them into winners.
One of the great examples is Michael Jordan. He may make it looks easy, but it isn’t. For years, he watched someone else play until they turned off the playground lights. Michael Jordan didn’t make the cut when he tried to get into a basketball team during high school He also didn’t make it either again as a sophomore and only play when someone else is injured. Every step-up the ladder was a struggle, but he never quit. No coach ever drove Michael Jordan as hard as he drove himself.
